PRIMARY REGISTRANT INFORMATION

NCW Fair Recreational Vehicles & Camping Rules

The North Central Washington Fair areas for recreational vehicles and camping are intended to accommodate fair participants and patrons during August of each year. By using the areas for recreational vehicle parking and camping, you agree to the following rules.

1. Reservation fees, based upon the site chosen for your intended stay, must be paid in advance. If you do not pay the reservation fees in advance, your use of the area will be immediately revoked.

2. Your use may not exceed the duration of the NCW Fair.

3. Quiet time during the Fair, is 10:00 pm to sunrise. You must keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Noise during quiet hours will not be tolerated and will be grounds to immediately revoke your use of the area. Additionally, you may not use air conditioner units during the Fair in Front Lot Spaces A-X of Back Lot Spaces 1-32. Air conditioning units may be used in Front Lot Spaces Z 1-14 during the Fair.

4. Your assigned space must be kept clean and neat. Garbage and litter may not be accumulated, must be picked up promptly and must be placed in proper trash receptacles.

5. You may only use your assigned space for your RV or Camper. Parking in or use of any other space is prohibited, even it appears the space is not being used. Excess vehicles MUST be parked in the Fair parking lot area. Recreational vehicle tip-outs may only be extended if the tip-out does not extend past the assigned space and leaves sufficient space for neighboring users to get in and out of recreational vehicles comfortably.

6. Children must be supervised at all times. Children may not be left unsupervised in any recreational vehicle or at any campsite. There must be at least one authorized, supervising adult staying with children in your recreational vehicle or at your campsite during evening hours and overnight. Children may not play in or around other user’s vehicles or campsites, or play on fairground property when the Fair is closed. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by your children.

7. You are responsible for your guests, their children and pets. Your use of the area may be immediately revoked if your guests, their children or their pets violate these rules.

8. The speed limit during the Fair is 5 mph. Speeding will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediately revoking your use of the area.

9. Dogs, other than a service animal or show animal, are not allowed. All dogs must be kept inside your recreational vehicle. Dogs may not be left tied up outside your recreational vehicle or at your campsite unsupervised. Dog droppings must be immediately picked up and disposed of in proper trash receptacles. Continuous barking, aggressive behavior, or the failure to follow the above rules relating to dogs will be grounds to immediately revoke your use of the area. You will be held responsible for any damage caused by your dog.

10. You may not place freezers, refrigerators or other appliances outside your recreational vehicle or in your camping space.

11. You may not use the area to repair a vehicle.

12. Use of open fires, wood fire pits and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Only self-contained gas grills or fire pits are allowed.

13. The Fair does not provide security at the recreational vehicle and camping areas. You assume all risks of loss, damage to, or destruction of your vehicle(s) and other property, including loss of use resulting therefrom, whether by fire, explosion, theft, vandalism, the elements, collision, or acts or omissions of the County or the Fair, their employees, agents and volunteers, or resulting from any other cause. You waive all claims of subrogation by your insurance companies. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the County and the Fair, their appointed officials, employees, agents and volunteers, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses for any bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or any damage to or destruction of property, including the loss of use resulting therefrom, which are caused in whole or in part by your act or omission or caused by the use or condition of your vehicle(s).

14. If your use of the recreational vehicle area or camping area is revoked, then you must immediately remove all motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, tents and other property. Motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, tents and other property not removed immediately will be involuntarily towed/removed and impounded at your expense.

RV INFORMATION

I understand that if my camper is above the length restriction for my space, or if my camper or vehicle impedes the drive/fire lanes I could be asked to move to the Dry Camping area.

Water/Sewer/Power sites must be under 30'
Sites A-H along Monroe St. MUST be under 25' in order to not overlap the sideway/public right of way.

IMPORTANT: 

TIPOUTS must fit in-between the chalked marked lines on the lots, and must allow neighbors to get in and out of their RV’s comfortably. ABSOLUTELY no parking in any other spot than the one you paid for, even if it appears to be empty .  Any and all illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. Violators will be removed from campground at discretion of NCW fair management. It is important to look at the length restrictions when purchasing your site. Campers/Motor homes/trailers over 30' MUST CAMP in the DRY CAMPING areas, with the exception of the Z Lot.
